Congratulations to the following Kindergarten children who won prizes at our annual Easter raffle !!!! We were all very excited and happy for our winners and even Mrs Berg won a yummy prize to take home ! Well done to all !

Easter Craft
Take a look at our wonderful Easter Chicken craft ! The children used paper, painted hands, split pins (which were tricky for little fingers!) googly eyes and different shapes to create thier own chicken. The children enjoyed this activity and loved learning the song "Here comes Peter Cotton Tail".
Holy Week arrives at St Joseph's
Easter 2012, is just as special as any other year because it's the first time our Kinders will experience Holy Week at St Joseph's. In this period of time the children will learn about the events that led to Jesus's death and resurrection and will participate in a series of experiences that will highlight the sacredness of Easter. We learn that the Easter Bunny and giving or recieving chocolate eggs is a way people can celebrate that Jesus has risen and this is a joyous occasion.
